Prepare Your Items
Carefully repackage your items in their original packaging, ensuring all hardware and assembly instructions are included to avoid restocking fees.
Ship It Back
Print your prepaid shipping label and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location, or schedule a freight pickup for larger furniture pieces.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
